Whether iced in fondant or buttercream; decorated with modern stencils or vintage-style piping; adorned with exquisite sugar flowers or fresh blooms, “our cakes have a classic beauty and simplicity that is very elegant,” she says.
Their elegant style is also evident in the Viennese dessert tables they prepare with authentic, from-scratch, miniature fruit tarts, eclairs, linzer tarts, crème brûlée, petit fours, and cookies. And, it is there in the delicate French macarons,
available in over 20 fl avors, and colors to match any wedding palette, that have become the bakery’s
sought-after wedding favors. “We are a one-stop-shop for cakes, pastry and favors for weddings and showers,” says Ayca.
The sisters host tastings in their Parisian-inspired bakery, where couples can sample – okay, devour! – cake and filling flavors prepared fresh for the meeting, review the bakery’s extensive design portfolio, and even check out a gallery of decorated “dummy cakes” to create their perfect custom cake.
In the three years since opening, Antoinette Boulangerie has provided elegant cakes and pastry for over 100 weddings, and has earned the distinction of being the wedding cake vendor for the Molly Pitcher Inn, Oyster Point Hotel, Navesink Country Club and Deal Country Club.
